I'll tell you a truth that MOST diabetics will Never admit ….when your sugar gets high , it gives you a high , I used to eat candies and cookies and starches when I felt bad ( emotionally ) because it would literally give me a high that was more satisfying than alcohol and as comparable as taking a couple of Valium
