- 1 1/four kilos cauliflower, reduce into 1-inch items (about four 1/2 cups)
- 0.33 cup reduced-fat bitter cream
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/four teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Mix cauliflower and potatoes in massive saucepan; duvet with water. Convey to a boil. Cut back warmth; simmer about 10 to 12 mins or till greens are comfortable. Drain.
Upload bitter cream, chives, salt, and pepper to saucepan. The use of potato masher, mash till combined.
