1. Combine chili powder, cumin, allspice, salt, and black pepper in small bowl; combine nicely. Sprinkle evenly over either side of pork chops.
2. Heat oil in giant nonstick skillet over medium warmth. Add pork; cook dinner four to five minutes on either side, or till barely pink in middle.
three. Combine cranberry sauce, orange peel, cinnamon, and purple pepper flakes in small bowl; combine nicely. Serve sauce with pork chops.
