I agree 👍. Last time i went to the doc i am no longer taking metformin 750mg and 3 other pills. Well i am soo happy i know it to much info but i had to be on birth control pills. well i don't need them anymore. I been on it for 2 yrs and ever since i started with the apple cider vinegar and juicing plus drinking the green tea and chia. I am off the pill. I am in tears because i was going to give up but nope i didn't. Now my sister in law had her baby 7 month's ago and she been struggling with her weight . I told her join me in this journey . my husband is so happy to see i am healthier. i am no longer having headache. my allergies is not like b4 . My fatty liver is no more fatty liver. my sugar is not high. The list goes on. I am so happy and i am so sooo grateful that i found velvet. I will always say thank you and be grateful she is an angel. Now my sister law will start this journey and keep you posted. but once again its true. Love the vid☺

I can honestly say from learning and watching your videos I have noticed since adding braggs into my life I notice the difference in my health and blood pressure.
