Slow Cooker Turkey Breast


  • 1 turkey breast (about three kilos)
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Dried parsley


Place turkey in sluggish cooker. Season with garlic powder, paprika, and parsley. Cover; cook dinner on LOW 6 to eight hours or till inner temperature reaches 170°F.

Remove turkey to slicing board; cowl with foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes earlier than carving. (Internal temperature will rise 5° to 10°F throughout stand time.)

Yield: four to six servings. Serving dimension: four ounces.
